This paper shares data collected from a small study that analyzed the content of job crafting activity. One of the key findings is that more than 74 percent of the job crafting examples collected took employees less than 12 minutes per day. This has clear implications for researchers, practitioners, and organizations that want to encourage people to do job crafting, including in having a more personalized approach to work.
